Staff: Staff at the Journey are paid team members who fill certain roles and responsibilities. They are tasked with execution and implementation of the Journey’s vision in specific areas of ministry.
Elders: Elders are men who fit the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5. At the Journey, elders lead in areas of prayer, ministry of the word, and shepherding people. Elders regularly pray through our membership list and connect with all members. They also oversee the teaching ministries of the church.
Executive Board (Deacons): The Executive Board is comprised of men and women with Godly character and giftings in administration and management. They oversee the church in areas of finances, human resources, facility management, by-laws, and other areas of management.
