Elders
Elders are men who fit the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5. At the Journey, elders lead in areas of prayer, ministry of the word, and shepherding people. Elders regularly pray through our membership list and connect with all members. They also oversee the teaching ministries of the church.

Paul Nichols
Paul joined The Journey family in February 2018 as the Student Pastor. In the fall of 2022, Paul took on the role of Associate Pastor at the Journey while continuing to lead the student ministry. Paul has been in full-time ministry since 2012 with most of his ministry years dedicated to students and music.
